Replacement Policy:Â
Within 15 days, customers may elect to request a replacement of equal value of any defective or broken product.The customer is required to pay for return shipping, as well as a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping:
Allow 48 hours from ordering for the creation of an order and up to 7 days from ordering before shipping
Coupons, Promotions, or Discounts:Â
If attending an Event where WaffleBear Creations is a vendor, please print out the event webpage, located in the Events page, for a 5% discount on a Minimum $50 purchase.
**Events page is updated as shows end, showing the most recent event to be the first in line. For the discount to apply, the event must be the most recent on the list. Printout will be collected upon completion of transaction.
